Deployable structures with straight bars are structures that can be designed parametrically. The idea is to design a module and repeat with the desired parameters. Here we present some definitions of modules with deployable systems and architectural applications. Geometry and movement of the deployable structures with straight bars, is through circles. Circles are a starting point and give movement to parameterize the system. Below we show some basic definitions for the development of modules with deployable structures. Movement and transformability depend on the geometrical configuration of the module.
